The Sales Representative is responsible for developing the agency’s client portfolio by identifying and leveraging sales opportunities. This role involves negotiating and closing contracts, managing long-term client relationships, and directly contributing to the company’s financial growth.

Education Background.

 

  • Degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Specific training in sales or business management is a plus.

Professional Experience.

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in the services or marketing sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing key accounts and negotiating contracts.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong aptitude for developing effective sales strategies and understanding client needs.
  • Strong relationship management and networking skills.

Tools Proficiency.
