  • Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel a service that has not yet started within 14 days of signing the service contract. A full refund will be granted, minus administrative fees or expenses already incurred by Limitless Agency in preparation for the service.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the services received and notify Limitless Agency within 30 days of service delivery, we will make every effort to rectify the situation. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the specific circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain types of services cannot be refunded, including but not limited to:

  • Customized services that have been fully executed and delivered.
  • Third-party fees that have already been paid or incurred.
  • Services that have begun with the prior consent of the client before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund after being notified of its approval, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. 5. Changes to the Refund Policy
