About the position.

The Client Relations Officer is responsible for managing interactions with the agency’s clients, from handling initial requests to resolving them. This role requires clear and effective communication, the ability to quickly solve problems, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The Client Relations Officer plays a crucial role in building and sustaining long-term, beneficial client relationships.

Education background.

 

  • Degree in communications, management, marketing, or a related field.

  • Specialized training in client relationship management or customer service is a plus.

Professional experience. 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role or a similar position.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer service platforms.

  • Proven track record in handling client inquiries, problem-solving, and delivering quality customer service.

Key skills.

 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage stress and remain calm under pressure.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proactive in identifying and resolving client issues.

Tools proficiency

 

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Customer support platforms like Zendesk or Freshdesk.

  • Proficiency with communication tools such as telephony systems, live chat, and email.
