About the position.

The Web Developer is responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving the agency’s websites and web applications. This role involves working closely with the design and marketing teams to transform visuals and ideas into functional, aesthetically pleasing web solutions while ensuring an optimal user experience.

Education background.

Degree in computer science, software engineering, web development, or a related field.
Certifications in web programming or specific frameworks are a plus.

Professional experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in web development in a professional environment.
Experience with front-end and/or back-end technologies depending on the role’s requirements.
Experience in developing responsive websites and understanding web standards.

Key skills.

Strong programming skills with one or more technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, Python, etc.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with both developers and non-developers.
Problem-solving abilities and innovation in developing solutions.
Attention to detail, especially regarding design and functionality.

Tools & technologies.

Frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, Laravel, etc.
Database management systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
Development environments and version control tools such as Git, Docker, etc.
Bug tracking and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
